flash using Mobileuncle Tools
1. install Mobileuncle Tools
2. place img file in the root directory
3. open Mobileuncle Tools app
4. select update recovery
5. reboot imto CWM recovery mod
(Note your device must be rooted you can root your thl v12 using Framaroot app)
